We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and opened Yoga mats cannot be returned.

Once Your return is received and inspected, we will send You an email to notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to Your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

We want You to be completely satisfied with Your Yoga equipment. If for any reason You are not at Peace with Your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, Your item must be in the same condition that You received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure Yoga mats are free of marks and apparel remains in its artisanal state.
Items returned outside of this 30-day window or those not meeting our condition requirements may not be eligible for a full refund. We appreciate Your understanding in maintaining the energy and quality of our products.
Once Your return is received and inspected, we will notify You of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, Your refund will be processed to Your original method of payment within 10 business days.

How to Initiate Your Return

Log in to Your account and select the order You wish to return. Fill out the return form within 30 days of purchase.

Pack with Care
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached. Place them in the original shipping box if possible.

Ship & Refund
Use the provided pre-paid shipping label. Once We receive and inspect Your return, a refund will be issued to Your original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during checkout.
Once Your return is received and inspected, we will notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that credit card companies and banks may take additional time to post the transaction to Your account.
You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Your refund. For domestic orders over $200, Free shipping was originally applied, however, returns are subject to a nominal restocking fee to cover logistics.
